Sweet Potato Pancakes
A very simple pancake recipe suitable for children as young as 10 months, perfect for family breakfasts or snacks.

THE INGREDIENTS:
(for approximately 15 pancakes):
- 50g of buckwheat flour
- 50g of einkorn flour
- 1/2 packet of yeast
- 200ml ofGood Goût Organic Growing-Up Milk
- 1 small sweet potato
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
THE RECIPE:
- Peel the sweet potato, cut it into pieces and steam it for 10 minutes.
- Once cooked, mix it with the eggs, flours, infant formula and yeast.
- Heat a pan and grease it with coconut oil. Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan and flip the pancake after 3 minutes; cook the other side for another 3 minutes.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit or a Good Goût fruit pouch .
Ideal for a family breakfast on the weekend or for an afternoon snack!
